Plywood for Laser Cutting, also called Dieboard Plywood, and we can supply you two types: Flat and Rotary Dieboards.
It produced from birch or beech timber, internal based on urea and formaldehyde resins. The quality classes of these types of plywood are top, and the internal layers are flawless. It is available in four types: both with and without double-sided transparent melamine foil or lacquering. |
| Flat Dieboards |
This plywood is widely used in production of die cutting (or dies) in packaging and artwork industry. Russian birch plywood and beech are very strong and holds metal knives and other special tools for very long time. We supply this plywood for laser cutting. Selection of inner plies in plywood for laser cutting is better and prevents burning during laser cutting.

Rotary Dieboards |
Rotary die-cutting utilizes engraved steel cylinders on roll-fed presses to rapidly produce precision
die-cut parts. Die-cutting, laminating, slitting, sheeting and optical registration are all possible on our
rotary presses.

Rotary die boards are very similar to the two-pieced cylinders which Canex has been manufacturing for years.

We offer our rotary dieboards with Birch or Beech faces and Gum inner plies, and birch or Beech plies throughout. Outer surfaces are sanded to provide a good face for adhesion of rubber - free of splits and voids.
